Ethical Recruitment Policy
Last Updated: June 11, 2026
Solid Rock Recruitment and Staffing Agency Limited is dedicated to ethical international recruitment standards, adhering to the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel (2010).
1. Candidate Rights & Zero Placement Fees
We strictly observe the principle that candidates must never be charged for recruitment services:
- No Placement Fees: We do not charge candidates registry, application, visa administration, or placement fees. All agency fee structures are charged exclusively to placing employer clients.
- Original Documents: We never retain original passport, certificates, or registry documents belonging to candidates.
- No Bonding: We do not restrict candidate movement or enforce debt bonding packages that tie candidates to a specific facility upon arrival.
2. Transparency & Pre-Departure Briefing
We provide full details to international candidates regarding employment conditions in Ireland, NMBI registration pipelines, typical costs of living in Dublin/nationwide, and clear salary guidelines, helping them make fully informed decisions.
3. Safeguarding Against Exploitation
SolidRock enforces a zero-tolerance policy against worker exploitation. Internationally recruited personnel are covered by the same Irish employment rights, holiday leaves, minimum wages, and working hour limits as domestic staff. Any allegations of coercion, passport retention, or contract breaches are subject to immediate internal review and escalation.
